James was born in Thame, Oxfordshire in 1968 and lived there until attending University in 1988. He graduated from the University of East Anglia, Norwich in 1991 and has worked solely in the fields of IT and Telecommunications since then. Working with all the major Network Operating Systems and with Nortel, Intel and Cisco routers and switches, he has amassed a weath of experience in the networking field. This is recogised in his accreditations as:

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

Cisco Certified Network Associate.

Cisco Certified Design Associate

As part of his continuing commitment to professional development, James is currently studying for both the CCDP and Prince II qualifications.
